I Want to Try Every Job Possible

I have always been curious about how psychologists and psychiatrists actually treat people, because I have never been in a session with one in my life.
Just by talking to you, they can analyse and diagnose behaviour. That seems close to magic from the outside.
A psychiatrist trains for nine or more years before they are allowed to sit properly across from a patient. Whatever it is they master in those years, normal people cannot even fathom it. I want to know what it is.
I also think I have plenty of material. I have problems that affect my life and other people's lives, and I would like an expert to help me understand them rather than keep guessing on my own.
So: I want to be a doctor, lol.
Except that's not really it either, because wandering has done this to me about every job I encounter. Every trip turns up some new body of knowledge and I want all of them.
I plan to actually practise these one by one. Not as a bit — I mean spend real time on them.
The pattern I notice is that the curiosity is never about the job title. It is about the fact that every one of these people knows something about how the world works that I don't, and the only reliable way to get it is to stand where they stand. Talking to a soy milk seller taught me more about how hard selling is than anything I could have read. The retired developer running a coffee truck taught me something about what people do after the career is over.
Maybe this is just an elaborate way of saying I want to understand people, and jobs are where people spend most of their lives.
The fear, which I should write down honestly: chasing this without end might have a cost. Trying to understand the world more and more, forever, with no stopping condition. I have wondered whether I could learn myself into something unhealthy.
But for now — อยากรู้เยอะๆ ngaee.
